My order did finally show up, but it took way longer than I expected. The tracking updates were vague, so I never really knew what was going on. I thought about reaching out to customer service, but I didn’t have much confidence they’d give me a straight answer. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I definitely expected better.

I was expecting a decent variety of caffeinated drinks based on how it was presented, but in reality there were barely any options. Disappointing when it feels like the promise didn’t match what was actually available

I ordered from mayatea.com because the tea blends looked a little different from what I usually see. I was surprised by how good they were, especially the ones with fruit and spices. They have a unique flavor but still feel easy to drink, not too strong or strange. Shipping was fine as well. It’s a simple, useful option if you want to try something a bit new without it being over the top. I’ll probably order a few more next time...

My first impression of mayatea.com was positive. The products look nice, and the photos give you a decent idea of what you’re looking at, so I didn’t feel confused browsing around.

That said, something about the presentation felt a little plain to me. Just going off my gut, I wanted a bit more personality on some of the product pages, especially with things like flavor notes, sizing, or small details that help you picture the product better.
Overall, it’s not a bad experience at all, and the site is easy enough to use. It just didn’t really wow me, and I left feeling like it could use a little more polish to make the products stand out.

I’ve been happy with this tea subscription overall. The tea arrived in good shape and tasted nice, and setting up the subscription was simple. There was one time the delivery ran a little late, but that can happen with shipping. As long as it’s not a regular thing, I don’t see it as a big deal...

I picked this up sometime last month, or maybe the month before, and it’s been worth it. For the price, you get a solid product and I don’t really have any complaints. Good value for the money.

I got this for my sister as a small gift and she ended up really liking it. The tea looked cute, kind of more thoughtful than just grabbing the usual candles or chocolates, you know? Ordering was easy and it showed up fine, no issues there. I’d probably get it again for a birthday or like a little thank you gift, something like that.

I really wanted to enjoy this tea but it just didn’t work for me. The flavor was way lighter than I expected and not in a good way.

It tasted weak kind of flat and had this weird aftertaste that stuck around. I tried making it hot and then iced hoping it would be better but it was pretty much the same.
For the price I thought it would taste a lot nicer. Maybe other people will like it but I don’t think I’ll be ordering from mayatea.com again...

My order showed up quickly, so I’ll give them that. Everything was packed fine and most of it was correct, but one of the teas was a totally different flavor than what I picked. Like, it’s tea, not a mystery box.
I didn’t bother returning it because it was still drinkable, but it’s still annoying when you order something specific and don’t actually get it. Not the end of the world, just one of those little things that makes you go, seriously?

This just tasted really cheap to me. The ingredients felt low quality, like really low quality, and there was this stale, kind of weird flavor that I couldn’t get past. It didn’t taste fresh at all, and the more I ate it, the more I kept noticing how cheap and stale everything seemed.

Yeah, there just weren’t many organic choices at all. I was hoping to find a few more options, but it felt limited.
